All transactions are final, and we do not offer refunds for completed recharges. If a recharge fails to process, the amount will be credited back to your account or payment method depending on the circumstances.

• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
